5. What is your return and refund policy?
Tai Chi Pestle Needle Massage Tools: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for quality-related issues. If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a free replacement. Otherwise, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference.
