While we share a lot of practical tips on our social media pages, many of our students still want a more systematic, simple, and easy-to-follow comprehensive solution - so we created structured courses. You can think of our social media content as practical tips, and our courses as your complete roadmap to better health. 

The movements in the course are simple, effective, and as accessible as possible to the vast majority of people. There is also a logical relationship between the movements, just like teamwork. This is how we design our courses. 

So, the movements we choose may or may not be to your liking, because we have a lot of followers, different people may like different practice styles, and no matter how we choose, we can't guarantee that everyone will like it. It may be a move that has been seen on our social pages, or it may be a new move that has never been seen on social pages. 

However, we still recommend that you try our free content first! Please watch our social page videos before purchasing - it is a great way to get familiar with our teaching style and build confidence. Also remember that our courses are systematic solutions, which are simpler and more effective. 

Please make sure you have considered the above before purchasing and are ready to work with us on a systematic wellness practice as our online courses are non-refundable.
